I'd love to see us reach out to Rosie. I know he just took the job at UIndy but what a story he could tell on the recruiting trail for us if he stays & moves up. Feels like Lowery is going to get poached away some day.
I think Jones would be a good guy to reach out to once there is a recruiting assistant position open, as I'd rather have him continue to build relationships with players right now (especially locally) than lose that time in the DOBO role where he can't recruit. I think in terms of the DOBO role, if they don't move Vergollo over from his scouting and analytics role, I think Khyle Marshall might be good to call. Would be a promotion from his current role at UIC. Will be interesting to see who winds up filling out the coaching staff.
Thank goodness, IMO, though I'm sure some might disagree. I'm glad Jordan is Butler's head coach and I think he represents the University well, and will hopefully continue to grow in his game management abilities.
I just looked at their lineup for any potential transfers. They have a 6-10 sophomore who was at Utah St. when Ragland was there. Seems really skinny, and has only put up decent points over the last 6 games. No clue if he is Big East material. Just throwing it out there.
