They posted it on Sept. 30. I revived the thread by posting my bracketology update from this morning.
My bracketology projected field update for Dec. 6th just published (prescheduled for 10:30). Butler slots in as a No. 4 seed. Full field: https://bustingbrackets.com/2019/12...-field-ohio-state-dominates-texas-tech-falls/
Posted another update to my bracketology, as per usual on Fridays, earlier today. Butler lands on the No. 2 seed line. https://bustingbrackets.com/2019/12...jected-field-gonzaga-surges-kentucky-tumbles/
Seeing this bracket makes me happy. Butler definitely dancing Weekend 2, with a chance to dance Weekend 3!!! Sent from my LM-Q720 using Butler Hoops mobile app
My updated Bracketology field for Dec. 27th was posted earlier today. Butler once again lands on the No. 2 seed line, but gave serious thought to the No. 1 line from a non-biased perspective. You can find the whole field below. Additionally, I saw that IndyStar published an All-Decade team for Butler. I have already been working on my own piece on the same topic - would you all still like me to work on/publish my own team? Also, my preview for ULM will come out later today. If you've already put some time into it, I'd be glad to see your thoughts, especially if you're going deeper than a first team. IMHO, it's tough to argue with the Star's lineup of Hayward, Martin, Howard, Baldwin and Mack, with Rosie as 6th man. We've been blessed to have a lot of good players through the program in the past 10 years, but those 6, I think, have clearly been the cream of the crop. The only argument might be in how you count Gordon, since he played only 25 games in this decade--although they were 24-1 in those games and came within inches of immortality. You probably would get more discussion on a second team for the decade.
Yes. Please publish. You do a great job and back up your work with facts, stats, & data. Also, since a team is 12 players, maybe give the rotation a shot. After all, KB and Howard spend a lot of time in foul trouble. Haha Sent from my iPad using Butler Hoops mobile app
I think a first team, back ups at each position and then HM x3 to round out a 13 player roster or something Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops mobile app
Is Butler allowed to be put in the Indy bracket? That would be awesome if so. Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops
From my previous understanding, if Butler University is the official host school of the venue....they will not be allowed to play at the sight they are hosting. If IUPUI is the hosting school, Butler would be allowed to play in Indianapolis. The Final Four, obviously, does not have that rule.
My bracketology for this week is posted. Butler up to the No. 1 line. Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops mobile app
