All three of those teams aren't even likely to be NIT bound this year. Santa Clara is weak too, not even in NET top 100. Not sure what you guys are seeing but guess we'll politely agree to disagree. DePaul & St. John's would likely be in the top 3-5 in the WCC. That's how sh*tty it is.
