Refs letting it all go. Timme probably should have been called for travel with the slide on the floor, and then Baylor dives on him—no call. Then Timme gets whacked on the head next time down—no call.
Yeah this game is physical as hell. I don’t think that it’s been badly reffed or one sided in calls, I just think the reffing style happens to benefit Baylor a hell of a lot more than Gonzaga. Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops
I’d actually love if games got called like this all the time. Then Butler could go back to playing 2006-2011 defense. Except basketball didn’t want that. So a little consistency would be nice.
Didn't know they were allowing brass knuckles, knives bats, in this one or I'd never have made that call. I'll take the heat. Still think if this was called how it should be it wouldn't be that close coupled with Baylor can't missing, tough to win Sent from my SM-G986U using Butler Hoops mobile app
I will just say one more thing before Baylor hoist the championship Zaga did not come ready to play, missed free throws, offensive rebounds, Mis communication on defense with pick n roll, and did not bring the intensity out of the gate and it out them down Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops mobile app
Ugh. What a crap title game. And how often do we get what are clearly the best two teams in the title game? Sent from my iPhone, so it’s probably not written all that well
Alright, so what's Jim Nantz going to say when the clock hits zero???? I'm going along the lines of "It's a perfect evening for the Baylor Bears!"
