2022 Recruiting - Anything Happening?

There’s always a chance Butler lands a kid from out of left field but some in state names that I could see them keeping tabs on for 2022 would be Comer who has an offer, Charlie Williams from Carmel, and Will Lovings-Watts from Jeffersonville.

 

I don't want to settle or take another "flyer". Like Lukas's article said: we should only take someone if we love them. Otherwise, play the transfer market. We took a flyer in the 18 class, who's gone, one in the 19 class that is what he is, one in the 20 class that we'll see. It could be argued all 3 in the 21 class are "flyers" although 2 may have promise, and I feel like our 22 recruit is a flyer, too. The rest of the "flyers" can go to Dayton... I think we're all stocked up.

That’s why I said keep tabs. If someone blows up this coming season then ruler is there and ready to jump in the mix. There will be guys that blow up late. There always are.

Not sure if BU actually offered Jaxon Edwards of Cathedral but he has recommitted to Murray State. Which after all, appears to have worked out for the best interest of everyone involved.
