But he's too skinny to play in the Big East....

350+ D 1 programs to pick from and he can't find one HM with just a little more integrity than U of L and Slick Rick. Hope he doesn't ask to meet the Pres. because he was just fired last week for misappropriating $$$$. Or maybe he is just taking an official to see if he can still knock off some trim. Didn't think it could happen, but Louisville even makes Kentucky look like classy operation. Well, maybe not.

Now if I were still 17 or 18 and was good enough to get an " official" visit to Louisville you can bet I'd be all over that opportunity. Wonder if his dad is going to?

Any word on who from the Louisville staff will be there to escort him around on his visit? I wonder if his Mom will be on the visit...don't want to strip her of the experience, you want to hook her on the campus. I'm nervous Louisville might take the main stage and be in the pole position after this one.

If I were Alex I wouldn't want my mom to come along on this one. Dad maybe. Mom no. Mom could go on the others.

@Insane Dawg...bolded what I was going for in discussing the Louisville visit...not actually suggesting his Mom goes to see the campus.

Got it!! Well done! Is this a dead issue with the NCAA? Haven't heard anything.

The fact that this kid should even want to "hook up" with Louisville should preclude him from further consideration, of course taking an OV at Louisville means the kid will at least have his cherry popped before coming to any campus he chooses, one less thing on the freshman checklist.

    Go Dawgs!

Co-signing with others on a well-written comment. I laughed all the way thru. (And pictured his mom cringing as she accompanied her "baby boy" throughout a typical Louisville visit.)

Duke offer. I wonder when he'll cut his list.

Wouldn't be surprised if he commits to Duke before doing that. Remember when people were wondering if he could defend in the BIGEAST??

Don't think there was ever mutual interest to begin with, was there?

He visited and we offered. Not saying we're in the running right now, but I also wouldn't say there was never mutual interest.

My bad; forgot he had visited. No traction since then, though, at least publicly.
