I'd like to add my prayers, kind thoughts & Bulldog love from the Left Coast. Godspeed to #44, Samantha & the entire Smith family.
Keeping them in my thoughts and prayers as well. Hopefully things aren't "really bad" for Andrew and it was just a chance for Stevens to visit since his team was in Chicago...
Heartbreaking. I pray that he has peace and comfort and that he knows he's loved. http://www.indystar.com/story/sport...ith-back-hospital-amid-plea-prayers/78372206/
Saw him at the crossroads classic sitting in the box with his wife. The young man from a small Christian school in Indiana got to live every Hoosiers basketball dream. I will always remember Andrew owning Zeller at the Crossroads. He will never truly appreciate the amount of pride he brought to so many and he epitomizes what college basketball is supposed to be. Ugh, but like I said the other day, this is where we are. There is no turning back, you just hope his family and the doctors make it as peaceful and loving as it can be. God bless the kid and look down on Hinkle from time to time, son. You'll be in a better place soon.
Here is the piece on Andrew and Emerson shown on NBA TV. Nicely done. http://www.nba.com/video/channels/nba_tv/2016/03/16/20160316-btp-butler.nba/

We have all probably heard the story. And maybe some heard the speech on 12/30. But this was on the NCAA BB home page at CBSSports.com this morning. https://www.cbssports.com/college-b...how-late-andrew-smith-helped-save-2-year-old/
I vote we change the title of this thread to Andrew Smith (Heaven). Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops mobile app
