An angel just got its wings.

 

Enjoyed the Nova- Xavier game and of course the Nova win. However I have to say I admired Sean Miller’s intensity during timeouts. His players were locked in. No one was not paying attention.

 

Marquette players make some nice cuts and provide nice passing angles for Kolek when he drives.

Enjoying Creighton- Marquette game. Passing and ball movement is so incredibly different from Butler. Both teams pass with two hands and zip the ball around.

 

Marquette who was picked ninth in preseason is going to win the regular BE championship. Hope our staff studies Marquette, how they cut, move the ball and play the game of basketball

 

St. John's ladies took down UConn for the first time in a very long time. I wish we would see some significant investment in women's basketball.

 

Serious length which makes their defense. 11 deflections in 2nd half. Not sure they have the depth to make a deep run through two tournaments. We’ll see

I know, I said it when Moore came back. Not at all surprised to see them making a late season push. With their starting 5 of Eric Dixon, Caleb Daniels, Justin Moore, Cam Whitmore, & Brandon Slater, Villanova is absolutely capable of winning the BE tourney.

Providence is a first game March Madness lost waiting to happen.

 

When they make it, they usually are. If they're gonna get there, it would be nice if they could make a good showing, last year's Sweet 16 notwithstanding.

Thought Holloway was going to be just a one year Cinderella story but he has been the real deal in his first year at SHU

 

SJU gave them 100% fight And we got taken to the woodshed on our court by Marquette
