My Christmas starts tonight. Dinner party for my Sister in Law's bday. What's on the menu tonight you ask? Mississippi Delta beef tamales to start, pork temderloin on the grill, roasted potatoes, asparagus and a caesar salad. Plus it's 60 down here today so we'll have some fire pit action later on. And I'll be playing "Christmas in Hollis" on repeat.
