This is the new world we live in. I'm sure Durral dreamed of playing for UM and he might very well be their PG moving forward, but they also brought in another 4-Star PG with this class... So, this is where I think we are. You put in the effort during HS recruiting but you keep those avenues of communication open. Looking for him to transfer after year one or two if he's recruited over and suddenly we are in prime position for a key contributor down the road. While this went on to some extent, I'm betting this type of recruiting grows exponentially in the next few years. That said, I wish him all the luck in the future, but if things don't work out, Butler is about the same drive from Grand Rapids as Ann Arbor....
