He was #1 in the country.

Came out fall of 2017 all cocky in our house, and he promptly... missed an extra point

I am not impressed. Missed a bunch of FGs against Rutgers. RUTGERS! Michigan football makes me drink.

Listening to Michigan fans makes me drink. They and OSU fans deserve each other.

This is fair. But this year’s is a special breed of ugly. If it wasn’t for Penn State, this would be the trainwreck story of the big ten. Sorry PSU.

Okay, I could use some guidance. I'm a gambling newbie. I think online/mobile is coming or is already available in Michigan. What are the pros and cons for my various options? DraftKings, FanDuel, Other? Does someone in Michigan know if mobile betting is live? I googled, but g0t a ton of mixed messages. I don't want to sign up for a specific service yet until I hear from you degenerates.

I will really only bet (give away my money) on college basketball. Thanks in advance for any helpful information as I dip my toe in this new world.

    A few things:
1)Never bet on a game just because you're watching it - that generally means the books will be locked in on numbers so much so that winning is essentially a coin-flip. You'll see many "professional sports investors" -gamblers- stop betting on the NBA when it gets down to the final 8 teams or so; by then the books know too well.

    2) Avoid over/unders on sports that often go to overtime. Especially basketball or hockey. You'll see that 1H o/u are much more popular in college basketball than full game. Way too many variables and overtimes.

3)Many spreads are initially set a couple of days out (especially football and soccer); unless you feel very strongly about the spread, it's best to wait until lineups come out and you can see if there are any surprise injuries in those two sports. Basketball can fluctuate based on popularity of the school - you'll likely get a better line with Indiana than Butler because the casual IU fans believe they'll beat Duke, but Duke demolishs them (example case).

In all - do it for fun unless you research 60 hours a week. You're likely to win more money investing wisely and having a well-paying job.

It's free to sign up, and they want to stay legal, so it will tell you if you are on a cell tower located in an illegal state.

I love DK compared to FD - my wife uses FD because DK only allows one account per bank account. So, I've experienced both, but it seems that DK is quicker with more reliable lines; however, DK has been prone to outages occasionally - most notably the hour leading up to Game 1 of the World Series.

From what I can tell, while the mobile sportsbooks are now legal they are still awaiting approval and licensing from the MI government. Looks like some good preregistration and signup bonuses are available now with the assumption being that they will be approved in the near future. I personally play on both DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel. I like the DK app the most, but it is the least stable during high traffic times. FD is really stable, but I don't like the app UI as much so they see a little less play from me. Both offer good promos and deals, so I play those as they come up.

Who do we like wild card weekend? 6 games is fun as f.........uck.

I like Buffalo laying the points. I like Seattle laying as well.

The TB-Washington under 45 is a good play I think. Washington won't score hardly at all I don't think. And their D is legit.

And you can get the titans right now +3 and it's paying you +105.

I want to like Pittsburgh but they F'd me aplenty this year.

I gotta think, unless the weather is bad (haven't looked yet) that the over hits. Both these teams can run it up pretty well. Colts money line though, that's ballsy.

Killed it on Bama last night. I like 3 of 4 favorites this weekend to win, but I don't know if KC covers (if it stays double digits). Maybe they were just asleep at the wheel down the stretch but they looked pretty average. The Browns are kinda on fire. If it drops to 7-8 I'll go Chiefs.

I think TB figures out NO finally, and will gladly take the points there. I like GB to cover and Buffalo as well.

Woke up this morning with the line being cleveland +10...it fell to and closed at +8. That's a big move in a few hours. Public loving cleveland.
