Another bright side to this year's tournament......We are obviously better than Notre Dame and Oregon because we beat Chaminade by more points.

They played each other on November 14 in Honolulu. The Silver Swords won, 62-47.

I was impressed by ball movement and individual effort on defense, especially by Taylor and Bolden. Also liked what I saw from Hughes. But I also felt good after CARK and we all know that gave everyone a false sense of security. We won’t really know until Oklahoma on 12/7 but at least we have lots of film.

I’m more concerned with the fact that another fundamental flaw in this team is has been exposed. If I’m not worried about stagnant offense or 20 TOs a game, I’m now worried about 20 offensive rebounds given up.

In 3 games this week, we gave up 40 offensive rebounds, 53 turnovers, leading to 36 additional shots for our opponents. (Good luck trying to make that up with our offense)

Veal Parm. Thought I'd eat some baby cow for the night. It was quite good. Little place by my mom's house.

Veal parm. So, even better and only a couple bucks more.

I put some red pepper flakes in the marinara...delightful.
