Absolutely fun to watch. U see some of those moves out there and I am thinking I am watching him wearing the Butler uniform

Not to take anything from Hayward but watch number 16 for Cleveland play defense.

Really do enjoy this team so much more with Kemba
I think we all knew Kyrie had checked out (seems he just wants to be the alpha hence how he is playing now with the nets)

But Celtics are back to team first basketball and it looks like they are very much back to having fun playing ball with each other

Was there another reveal video? I’m guessing Daddy was really happy this time.

I would think he would want to stay there somehow to win with Brad

After 3 girls Gordon and his wife Robyn announced the arrival of Gordon Theodore Hayward. We need to leave a scholly open for 2039.

Gordon bought a mansion in Fishers and his wife and kids have been living there the last few months (just follow her on Instagram). Their kids are enrolled in a school nearby. He has a player option for this coming season and the pacers obviously would be interested if he’s available...just saying...

Seems like this may be something that’s in the works.

He can make more money staying in Boston. I guess it all depends on what he values..... tradition, clams and Brad? Or being a Hoosier and staying close to family. Mel Simon is not going to spend $1 over the cap. They can’t afford both Oledipo and GH.

He definitely can. But at the end of this season, he’ll have made 150 million on the court and 40 million from his shoe deal alone. Once you’ve made 200 million, I’m not sure 25 mil where you wanna be is a bummer even if you can make more elsewhere. But I’m speculating.

At a minimum, the situation is curious. First, they’ve been asked for comment on why the purchase/move and they haven’t said anything. If it’s purely a place for post-basketball life (or life during Covid/bubble), just say so. Second, the player option deadline is in October. If it’s an obvious choice in his mind, why hasn’t he exercised it yet? Lastly, the Celtics brass voiced their desire to extend him at some point this year, and it’s been crickets.
