Not that I know of, but it could be that I didn't hear the JGB angle. RG got brought up a few pages back.
Ok. Thanks. It’s a head scratcher. I mean Galloy was there for many years. There’s only so many things that could illicit such a strong response by the university. Regardless of the reason and honestly, I don’t care about the specifics, it seems like an abrupt change in the culture. I’m hoping it’s for the good. Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops mobile app
Not the CAA team I would like to see him land with, but at least I would get to see him play a few more times if he goes to Towson.
I am pumped. I will get to see him play and really hope the move to this level works out well for him. I think he can develop into a serious piece of the puzzle at Elon.
Good for him. I hope he has a great rest of his career there. Sent from my SM-G960U using Butler Hoops mobile app

Was just reading this article from last week about Elon's new players and it mentions that JGB had a broken hand this season. That sounded like news to me. https://www.thetimesnews.com/sports/20190524/first-crop-of-recruits-fits-for-new-elon-coach
A broken hand is why he didn’t dress in any games after January 5th Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops
JGB is expected to start tonight in his first game as an eligible player for Elon against N.C. Wesleyan. Looking forward to seeing him take the court for the Phoenix tonight.
I promise not to bump this thread too often, but he had one heck of a debut. Lead all scorers with 19 points, 9 boards. Drew the defensive assignment of Wesleyan's best returning player and held him to 5 points. Hard to read too much into a blowout win over a DIII school, but it's clear that Schrage has a lot of confidence in him. I'm looking forward to seeing their next game against an actual DI team.
