Kelan gets 11pts in 12 minutes in his debut with the Pacers.

Enjoyed watching Kelan and again last night, although I thought he played better on Saturday. The game Saturday was a tough watch though. There were a combined 35 turnovers in the first half alone.

Only half of first year guaranteed. First year is 1.45 million so 1/2 of that is $723k. None of 2nd year is guaranteed

Well Kelan got his 2nd basket as a Pacer and got 6 minutes of action in a non blowout game.

He might’ve gotten even better news today with the trade of Oladipo and his $21M salary for Caris Alavert who is making $17M this year I think the Pacers can keep Kelan the entire year without incurring luxury tax penalty for exceeding the cap. They were going to be just over if they paid Kelan the entire $1.45m this year hence why only half was guaranteed but now I think even if they keep him for the entire year and pay him the entire 1.45M that they will still be under the cap/luxury tax
