Could not agree more. Danko more or less was somehow forced to see the light.

 

I’m no big Barry guy, but I think there was a rather significant dispute and Barry somehow won out.

He deserves credit for getting us what we needed.

We will never know for sure, but BC has hoarded and penny-pinched in the past and the results speak for themselves. This might explain the delay in replacing LJ. IMO there was some basic agreement of understanding in place prior to hiring TM. Someone other than Danko had enough forethought to see the future of the BU brand. Any credit to BC as the go between is merited, but beyond that?

 

I think it’s quite clear from Danko’s comments that he had zero appreciation for how dire the situation had become. As I said before we hired Thad, there wasn’t a way to become materially worse.
