http://espn.go.com/blog/collegebasketballnation/post/_/id/32512/butlers-khyle-marshall-braced-for-doubters Good quick blurb about Marshall, and his desire to prove everyone wrong. Great final quote too: "Everybody on campus, they believe we can do it again, and I know our guys they want to do it again. We just need one more step to win it all. They are hungry to win it all."
Marshall had his best game so far today. 13 pts and 8 rebounds in 18 minutes of play. 5/8 from the field and 3/4 from the line. http://latvia2011.fiba.com//pages/eng/fe/11/fu19m/p/eid/5194/gid/6/grid/D/rid/8002/sid/5194/game.html
http://ow.ly/5y8Q4 Jackson Aldridge is tearing up the courts for Australia (and BU). Having a great tournament for the most part. Looking forward to next year.
USA wins 5th place over Australia today, so as many have said, "Khyle earns bragging rights!" It's great they had a chance to meet again in this venue. I could not get all the info, but it sounds as though Jackson had 11 points sometime in the 3rd quarter and Khyle scored right at the end of the 3rd quarter for four. Next year should be a good one for us.
