Surprised no one created a thread for non-Butler NCAA tournament discussion yet.. Yale vs Baylor has been great so far. Classic undisciplined high major vs. focused, smart mid-major type game. Yale up 9 mid 2nd half.
Down 2 with 6s left, Baylor dude tries to dribble it behind his back and turns it over. Story of the game. First NCAA Tournament win for Yale in school history in a thriller. Mikai Mason with a career high and school record 31 points.
Big 12 had seven teams in the dance. After the first afternoon they are down to where they should have been to start with - five. Baylor another of the annually over rated teams goes down.
Purdue shut it down with 3 minutes to go or so up ~10. Games like this are why I think you continue to attack rather than milking the clock that early.
That was a poor final play there. Thought Edwards would alley oop instead of shooting. Not even close.
Dear NCAA selection committee, Games like Yale vs Baylor and Little Rock vs Purdue are why people love the tournament. No one gives a **** about Vanderbilt vs Michigan. Give the St. Mary's, Monmouths, and Valparaisos of the world the chance they deserve. Thanks!
