After watching some of the smaller conference tourneys
Liberty and especially ETSU are teams that could def pull an upset

Going to be interesting where we land and if we have to play a team like this

Belmont is also not cupcake when it come to tourney time, I do think they are weaker this year though than previous years

Rumor mill at the NCAA office today....

Ohio governor just said “no large crowd sporting events.” D3 Women’s Final, Dayton (First Round), Cleveland (Round of 64 and 32) all expected to be played without a crowd. No plans to cancel....for now.

It'd be really interested to see how the Selection Committee might look at the tourney if this evolves into a site by site approach. Does it really help a top seed to be placed in a regional close to campus if there are no fans? Or would it be better to be further from home, but playing in front of a full arena, that would still likely have a decent turnout supporting top teams.

I bet Vegas is salivating at how the money will move this year.

I mean...this is ridiculous. Unfotunately I believe what you said. There is an over-panic going on right now that is just out of control. Hell I just ran by my Kroger and they were damn near out of....toilet paper? People need to really take a step back from this thing.

Maybe they should move the first four to Indy?! Three sites that would be just fine for the event. Fair Grounds, Hinkle, Bankers.

Seriously though, if I’m Dayton, I’m pushing back against this HARD. This is the out the NCAA needs to move the first four around.

The Reds have announced today that they have no plans to cancel any Opening Day festivities despite what the governor said. That’s a power move. You don’t mess with Opening Day in Cincy.

Surely there is some common sense solution that allows spectators for the games? Restricted number of spectators? Thorough scrubs of venues? Mandatory sanitizing stations when entering? No concessions? Seems like there could be something that is more proportional to the risk as it now stands.

Agree including let the fans decide what risk they are comfortable with in life.

The Reds can screw up Opening Day all by themselves. (sarcasm...we all need to lighten up and laugh sometimes)

I actually rode Hofstra last night and tonight and thank God. I got pretty much blown to shiite on everything else.

Gonzaga and ND ST gonna make up for a little tonight, but Sunday, Monday and Tonight, I'm getting rail roaded by Vegas.

There were some fun teams to watch last night, mainly Hofstra and ETSU. I'll die on the hill for ETSU. Love Forbes and that program.

Welp...no one gets to enjoy Spokane for the first couple of rounds...per the twitterz...

BREAKING: To try to help stop the spread of the coronavirus, Gov. Jay Inslee is expected Wednesday to restrict gatherings of more than 250 people, including at sporting events and concerts.
