Former BU recruiting target Mark Smith led Missouri with 21 pts. They also have a potential NBA post player.

 

I'll put this here, maybe should go under BE topics, but... at Massey, at the very end of the 353 team rankings they rank all the leagues - its a concensus type listing- they are simply aggregating all the different models outputs.
But the BE is second only to the Big 12, that surprises me, my only thought is that we don't have any teams outside the top 100, but we also have none in the top ten - I guess we are just strong in the upper middle - seems odd.

Florida's Kerry Blackshear is ejected from the St. Joes game early in the second half. A flagrant 2 call on a vicious...intentional elbow to a Joe's player's chops. The color guy in the telecast keeps saying Blackshear was just protecting the ball. Not sure who the color guy is but he needs a stop at the optometrist on the way home. Gators up by 15 at the 15 minute mark of the 2nd.

Interesting takes on Florida/Xavier. Nze is going to need help with Naji Marshall. That kid is a great athlete.

Marshall will also need help guarding Nze as Marshall loafs from time to time on defense. The straw that stirs the drink for Xavier is Scruggs. I think we match up talent wise with Xavier

 

Do you think Nze will guard Marshall? I thought Nze would draw the Jones assignment.
