Games have begun. For those of us with a basketball obsession let's discuss the action tonight and going forward that's non-butler. I'm kicking off my gambling season with Louisville taking down Miami. Games start (a couple already have started) in about 25 minutes. Let's enjoy a great night of hoops.

Also I'm on Kansas.

 

X rolling early. Seton Hall getting a decent challenge thus far from Wagner. Looks like IU is rolling too.

Duke-Kansas knotted early.

 

TJ Leaf is so bad. I loath him so much... thankfully the Hornets are equally as bad...

 

Who is TJ Leaf and who are the Hornets and what do both have to do with Butler? Are we playing them?

 

Jack White is the easy front runner for the nation's most favorite Duke player... Still TBD on whose taking over Grayson Allen's roll as most hated... O'Connell, Hurt, Jones, darkhorse, in the running still

 

Heh...definitely O'connell. I despise him already.

 

Florida was struggling early to North Florida.

Seton hall to me is always just Powell
I think they are very beatable team
Def overrated in my mind at 12
I think they are more 20-25
Powell could probably beat any team any given night

idk why the ACC is playing league games tonight? Did the conference sell its soul to ESPN/ACC network? If I was a coach of one of lower conference schools that had to play a meaningful game tonight, I would be pissed...

 

Wisconsin-St Mary's a good 9pm match up that will be overlooked because of Michigan St-Kentucky.

Seton Hall starting to pull away, but I agree, they don't look top 15.

 

Gordon finally missed on his 11th shot, his first 3FGA... in regards to the Cavs, they obviously aren't going to win much this season, but Beilein has them playing really hard in every game that I've watched them

 

Yes. This is all about the ACC Network and the damn 20 game league schedule.

Everyone but Duke plays an ACC game either tonight or tomorrow, so at least almost every team in the league is dealing with the same crap. Duke was exempt because it was already in a contract for the Champions Classic. Plus somebody was going to have to sit.

 

Kansas is about to hit 30 turnovers... and they still might beat Duke.

And like others have mentioned, I wasn’t overly impressed by Seton Hall. They are definitely Top 25, but #12 seems a little high.

 

Gordon went 17/21 for 39/7/8 in the W over the Cavs...

 

Anybody know why this game is in Sioux Falls SD?
