Damn, Marquette pulls a rabbit out. Good, huge win for them and the big east.

 

Already looks like Shaka has brought his havoc defense to the BE.

 

It’s certainly a lot easier rooting for a Marquette team led by Shaka than it was by Wojo. I’m really glad he represents the Big East right now.

 

I’m sorry but you can’t be a starting PG on a top 10 team and shoot 4/18 FG and 7 TOs.

Apparently he was ranked 44 coming out of HS and was apparently on some early NBA draft shortlists… not anymore

They attacked and brought some serious intensity the last 10 minutes. We better get our **** together before going up against Havoc.

 

He was caught selling team swag for cash.

 

At least now we get the chance to gain experience against it, and it could be very beneficial in the long run.

 

Smart will have this team beating so big boys this year but losing to some teams you wouldn’t think, but give him two years and Marquette will be so happy about this hire

Great comeback for them. IU was running them out but they hung in there and got back in it. Impressive. Still 8 mins left so we'll see. fs)

Even though IU let them get back in, this is a pretty talented Hoosier team (barfs).

 

To get the vomit taste out of our mouths from last night...plenty of all day hoops action today. A couple tournaments starting (MB and Charleston) and the Mighty Rebels take on our big east rival Marquette at 7. For some reason Ole Miss is favored...which I don't think makes sense.

Anyway some interesting matchups in what are always fun preseason tourneys. Enjoy them.

Ugh…can X and OSU both lose?

 

Yeah I have no idea what I want here. I mean I hate X more than OSU but it’s also the Gavitt.

 

I’m rooting against X and then cheering my ass of for DePaul.

 

Marquette can shoot the ever living hell out of the three ball. They're going to whoop our ass big time. Ole Miss actually closing out some and they are still hitting damn near every one this half. Lots of talent there.
