Hell yeah, good find.

 

Really entertaining first half. Both teams play incredibly good defense and both well coached. Both of these teams I imagine will be screwed with a 8 or 9 seed with Loyola getting Baylor in the second round, as they play almost identical styles, just Baylor being bigger and stronger everywhere. And San Francisco will get Purdue in the second round, as they crash the boards so hard, they will have no hope against that front line. I can guarantee they will get some sh***y draws for sure because they would be a thorn in almost every team they play.

 

And the memories of catching games on the Horizon Network come flooding back.

St Johns doing their own “Butler” impression against Creighton tonight. Losing 50-79.

In their defense, it looks like it is $1 beer night because Creighton is shooting 60% from the floor and from 3. O’Connell has like 30 pts with 8 minutes left

When Butler lost to Texas A&M that was the moment I knew Butler sucked and LaVall had to go, because there have been years A&M is the worst P6 basketball team. But I was flipping around and saw A&M beating Kentucky and is 15-2 and undefeated in the SEC. So I guess the Aggies aren’t bad. I mean, they might not be actually good, but they definitely aren’t bad.

 

This Marquette Nova game is intense. I can't help but pull for Marquette. Shaka is such a brilliant and passionate coach.

 

Yep. They've played well and tough in this one. Just drained a 3 to take the lead. It would be pretty cool to have a team that doesn't get beaten by 40.

 

Other teams in the conference are now pulling off the surprises we used to expect out of us..... so sad

 

Depaul leads X 50-40.

 

Shaka is a coach all kids should want to play for.

He is going to thrive at Marquette,such a good spot and change for him

DePaul should have won. They were up for the majority of it and X played good defense on the last play of the game.

 

How bad are things? Butler loses at V by 40....Marquette comes in with a new coach and beats the cats on their own floor. The times....they are deflating!

 

This Gonzaga-USF game is high level so far. Very entertaining.

 

Utah was 8-10 hosting #9 UCLA. Gave them fits all night. Big difference between Utah and Butler? Utah never stopped moving on offense. Moving without the ball, running plays, getting lost behind the D, making the extra pass for good looks.
