Looks like they are partnering with a college licensing company. So it should be licensed. As of now, they aren't using any player's likenesses though.

This is very exciting. I've actually been playing the '14 version on PS3 lately. I did enough research to be able to mod the old version on my computer so that it has updated teams, rosters, records, etc.

I’ve been holding out on getting the brand new next-gen consoles (I just have a regular Xbox One), but whenever this comes out I won’t have a choice. Hopefully they’ll be a little cheaper by then!

I'm still pissed off that the two years Butler made it to the Final Four are the first two years without a NCAA Basketball game.

I remember being so insulted by how terribly they recreated Hinkle in that last game.

I already informed my GF (who might be my wife by that point) not to expect to see me for a few weeks once the game comes out. NCAA 22 or 23. Bring it on! Might wait to get a PS5 until then.

Can’t wait. Will break the monotony from grinding Destiny 2.

Haven't been a regular player of home videos games since way back when Ken Griffey, Jr. baseball was out. I don't think that I want to get started again.

I thought that game was great. I look
Back at what video games looked and played like back then compared to today and can’t believe it. I swear the graphics and game play were better back then.

Ken Griffey Jr baseball was the sh**. Play as the Braves, get a bunt single with Otis Nixon every time, hit a homerun with Fred McGriff every time. No one could hit the Maddox curve ball that started right down the plate and ended up on the other side of the batters box.

I just think making games more realistic made things worse at some point.

Games back then were definitely *not* more realistic looking or playing. But they felt and played more like videogames. In a lot of ways, they were just more fun.

Are we talking about the SNES version? I was a pro at that game.

Yes! One of my Top 5 favorite games ever.

I think the game play was definitely more fun than my admittedly limited experience since would indicate. Griffey, Jr. baseball and a couple of those 90's editions of EA Sports Hockey are among my favorite video games ever.

I would play with the Cubs and just dominate. You could only steal if your speed was a 9 or a 10. Man that game was fun.

NHL 96 - when they brought fighting back. That was a big deal.

NCAA Football 98, run a toss sweep with Purdue to the house EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Also NCAA Basketball SNES version, #50 on Oklahoma State would hit every shot from inside the jump circle as long as you released at the high point of the jump shot. Basically a half court heave every time down the floor.
