Why go to Purdue? Quick question for the group - what do you call an attractive girl on Purdue’s campus? Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops
No Big East schools...that is telling. Whether it's NIL $ or something else, he clearly isn't interested in playing in the Big East. From the hodge podge of large programs, I tend to think he's looking for something that we don't offer and that's just fine...
A five-star with an offer from Duke, but the Blue Devils not in his top 10. That's not something you see every day.
Rivals.com now have Booker as the No. 1 Prospect in the 2023 class, now GG Jackson has re-classified to 2022.
I'd like to make a joke about that being evidence of him being a smart kid, but reality is that it's a new era at Duke. Scheyer's had some early recruiting successes, for sure, but Duke's a lot harder to recruit today than it was a year ago. Going to be really interesting to watch that program over the next three to five years.
I doubt he even knows who Bates is rn without using Google and it's not like those other programs don't have competition... It is what it is. Unless he ends up transferring, he gone. On to the next one
I went on a date with a pretty attractive Purdue alum. She sold Botox injections. Sent from my iPhone using Butler Hoops
Anyone have any thoughts on if we should or will start trying to get in on Bidunga? Sent from my SM-G977U using Butler Hoops mobile app
No. We would have to fire an assistant coach to hire Mark Adams' son, who is an AC at Bradley, and even doing that doesn't 100 garuantee Bidunga.
Not knowing who Bidunga was when @TheDawgDub95 asked the question, I googled him and came across a recent Seth Davis article in The Athletic in which Bidunga's high school coach, who is clearly very involved in his recruitment, threw a lot of water on that rumor. I dunno. https://theathletic.com/3448190/2022/07/26/flory-bidunga-basketball-recruiting/
https://www.indystar.com/story/spor...t-championship-2023-indianapolis/69815562007/ Booker was completely outplayed by Attucks Sophomore Dezmon Briscoe, a 6'7" frontliner. Attucks won the city championship over Cathedral 72-62. Are we looking at Briscoe?
