The Butler Hoops Message Board was created to give Butler fans the opportunity to easily track and discuss future and past Butler players. The "Butler Recruiting" section is the main section of this site and is a place to discuss the recruiting process and players that Butler might be recruiting. The "Former Bulldogs" section is to track and discuss former Butler players who have moved on and are playing professionally, either in the NBA or overseas. There is also this general discussion section which can be used to discuss anything, including current Butler players. However, I do not expect this section to be used very often, as most discussion about the current team will be conducted on the main butler yuku board. This forum was not created to replace that board. It is designed mainly to be a recruiting board since buhoops is not designed to handle all of the recruitment threads for different players. Also, I would like to note that while I have created this to replace the Butler message board that Title ran up until this summer, I am not Title. I am not as knowledgeable about recruits and the recruiting process as Title and I currently have no connections within the Butler basketball program. All I am doing is organizing information from external sources and giving Butler fans a place to discuss it. Remember when reading my personal opinions that I am nothing more than a well informed fan, not an insider. Also, please keep in mind when posting that many recruits do read recruiting message boards. There is nothing wrong with being critical about a player, but please keep everything professional. Whether fair or not, your voices can represent an entire fanbase. Just something to keep in mind.
I have been out of town for awhile. Thank you for creating this board, it looks great. As you can see, I have already registered. But was just wondering if anyone could provide details on what exactly caused Title to shut down his board. I didn't always necessarily agree with his comments, and he seemed to have a tendency to put down those who offered differing opinions; but it was a nice board to obtain information about possible recruits. However, it appears that this board will be more than suitable replacement.
I have subscribed to Tweets from Title. He has moved to Minneapolis. He will become a father of triplets shortly. He recently sold his house in Indy. I am assuming he has a job in Minneapolis. From his tweets he appears to be happy in Minneapolis.
